When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you are interested in and your message. If you contact Eduardo on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled under the WhatsApp privacy policy.

Like most websites, our server and security tools also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, to provide the real estate services you ask for, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Third-party services

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and device information to block spam. Form messages are delivered by email through our email provider. Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. Some cookies may be set for security or to keep the site working properly.

How long we keep information

Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, and you will not be treated differently for making a request.
