We represent clients in court on a variety of lawsuits: Breach of contract, Nullity actions, Recovery of properties, Judicial Collections, Foreclosures.

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW: Every individual by simply being within Mexican Territory, have the Mexican Constitutional protection, such as: Due process, freedom of speech and press, protection against arbitrary acts from authorities, etc. No individual can be deprived from its rights without due process or can be disturbed by authorities, if it is not based on current laws and under a written warrant. Our office offers the Legal Mechanisms to assure protections and respect to our constitutional rights.

PROBATE: When someone die in Mexico intestate (leaving no will), we represent the estate, and file probate proceedings before court; We also advise and assist on intestate successions, by pursuing the corresponding process when a will is in place.
